Fourteen

• Twelve face-up columns hold the deck: five cards in each of the first four, then four cards in each of the other eight.
• Pair exposed cards totalling 14. Ace counts 1, Jack 11, Queen 12 and King 13. Two Sevens also form a pair.
• There is no tableau building, filling empty spaces, stock or redeal. Remove all 52 cards to win.
